By accessing and using the Pearly Beauties platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Pearly Beauties is a social impact platform that promotes African heritage and cultural diversity through beauty pageants. The Platform allows users to:

  • View contestant profiles and information
  • Cast votes for contestants in beauty pageants
  • Purchase boost votes to support contestants
  • View real-time rankings and results
  • Participate in community discussions

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Voting Rules

Free Votes: Each user is entitled to one free vote per day. Free votes reset every 24 hours.

Boost Votes: Users may purchase additional votes (boosts) to support their favorite contestants. All boost purchases are final and non-refundable.

Vote Integrity: All votes are counted fairly and transparently. Any attempt to manipulate votes, create fake accounts, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Payments and Refunds

Boost votes are available for purchase through secure payment gateways. By purchasing boost votes, you agree that:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party providers

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate votes

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pearly Aspira Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pearly Aspira Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
